What You'll Own
- Lead time & motion studies that help define the gold standard of operational excellence.
- Build and refine engineered labor standards that shape how teams perform.
- Reimagine workflows, pack stations, pick paths, and material presentation to eliminate inefficiency.
- Use advanced Six Sigma methodologies to diagnose bottlenecks and implement high-impact solutions.
- Design ergonomically sound, high-throughput processes across 8,000+ SKUs.
- Partner closely with Operations leadership to drive measurable cost savings and productivity gains.
- Create SOPs, process maps, and system-aligned workflows that scale as we grow.
What You Bring
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Certifications (emphasis on Six Sigma)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required
- Black Belt or higher strongly preferred - if you live for DMAIC, root-cause analytics, and statistical optimization, you'll thrive here.
Experience
- 5+ years driving process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, or high-volume manual operations (kitting, packaging, assembly).
Skills
- Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving mindset.
- Expertise in workflow design, ergonomics, and warehouse optimization.
- Ability to turn data into action-fast.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working daily on the warehouse floor (this role is high-engagement, not remote).
